BGS invests in expansion and receives innovation award

BGS Beta-Gamma-Service, a member of iia, has announced the expansion of its warehouse capacity in order to meet increasing demand for its sterilisation services.  BGS is also investing in the extension of a new laboratory in order to meet increased material testing requirements for radiation crosslinking.  Further details about this investment can be read in the BGS news release.

The iia congratulates BGS on recently being awarded the official seal ‘Innovative through Research’.  This reflects BGS’s collaboration with universities and leading research institutes as well as close cooperation with its customers on the development of new irradiation applications and the improvement of existing products through applied and experimental research.
