iia to attend ‘Sustainable Accelerators’ Workshop hosted by IET and STFC

Rob Edgecock, iia Eb/X WG and PsIP GM, will be attending and presenting a poster on behalf of the iia at the Sustainable Accelerators event hosted by The Institution of Engineering and Technology and Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC), being held 23 May 2024, in Didcot, UK.

This is an event for the accelerator community within the UK, focused on discussing best practices for environmental sustainability as industrial, medical, and scientific facilities all face the challenge of Net Zero, and must ensure that environmental sustainability is a central part of their life cycle. The event will feature plenary and poster sessions, as well as opportunities for poster prizes and networking. Please find further information and registration details at this link.
