iia Heads to China for INTAC 2026 and iia Roadshow

The iia has been working with the China Isotope & Radiation Association (CIRA) to create a meeting in Asia that brings focus to radiation processing. The result is the inclusion of the first radiation processing session at INTAC (International Nuclear Technology Application Conference) and the first ‘iia Roadshow’ to be held in Beijing, China on 21-23 April 2026. These events will bring the international radiation processing community together and put iia members front and centre in front of a Chinese audience that is increasingly looking to work and collaborate with the international irradiation community.

Martin Comben of iia will be involved in many aspects of INTAC including making various announcements and his presentation ‘The evolution, status and future of global radiation processing’. The ‘iia Roadshow’ will be hosted by Martin and Peng Wei and will include presentations, panel discussions, Q&A and networking opportunities. We look forward to seeing you in China soon!
