Radiation Sterilization Forum at IMRP20

The Radiation Sterilization Forum will be hosted by iia in collaboration with the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) and the Society for Sterility Assurance Professionals (SfSAP).  The Forum will be held on 8 & 9 November 2022 as part of the 20th International Meeting on Radiation Processing (IMRP20).

The Radiation Sterilization Forum comes at an important time when technologies, supply chains, materials, standards and processes are all developing rapidly in ways that will impact how companies sterilize their products.  Topics addressed during the Radiation Sterilization Forum will include evolving sterilization standards, product qualification, process control including parametric release, and demonstrating competency within the sterility assurance lifecycle.  A panel discussion on topical issues such as changing sterilization modalities will conclude the Forum.
