Nordion’s ‘Cobalt Fact Check’ series

Nordion, a member of the iia, has started a series of informative social media posts on their LinkedIn page which aims to debunk myths about Cobalt-60, and highlight its diverse and important uses in the world today.

The first instalment of their series spotlights the vital role that Cobalt-60 plays in single-use medical device sterilisation, the low impact Gamma irradiation using Cobalt-60 has on the environment, and how Nordion is investing in the continued growth of their global production capacity.
