IBA Signs Contract with SteriLab in the Dominican Republic
IBA, a member of iia, has signed a contract with SteriLab to implement a Be Soft electron beam (E-beam) sterilisation solution at Haina Port, Dominican Republic. This facility will serve medical devices, food, and semiconductors sectors, enhancing sterilization efficiency and cutting logistics costs. Construction of the facility is expected to be complete by the end of 2025, with full operational capability by Q4 2026.
