EB and X Rays for Food Irradiation

The IAEA just published the Final Report of the work undertaken under coordinated research project (CRP) D61024 on the Development of Electron Beam and X ray Applications for Food Irradiation (DEXAFI). The coordinated research project was implemented by the Joint FAO/IAEA Centre of Nuclear Techniques in Food and Agriculture between 2015 and 2021.
