Alternative Technologies Working Group announce new website

France and the United States established the Ad Hoc Working Group on Alternatives to High-Activity Radioactive Sources in 2015 to provide an open forum for States to share information, ideas, views, and experiences on the use of alternatives to technologies that use highly radioactive sources.  In 2018, Germany became the third co-chair of the Working Group. The co-chairs aim to convene an annual meeting of the Working Group in person in Vienna, Austria.

This week the Working Group released their new website that contains information on applications that can utilize alternative technologies, international resources that promote the use of alternative technologies, and an archive of agendas, presentations, and chair reports from past Ad Hoc meetings.
