Wuxi El Pont and AkzoNobel Partner on E-Beam Technology for Coatings

Wuxi El Pont, a member of the iia, has signed a strategic agreement with AkzoNobel to develop a pioneering process that uses e-beam technology to cure coatings on metal substrates. It was noted that e-beam offers several advantages over traditional curing methods, including lower energy consumption, increased productivity, superior quality, and reduced environmental impact.
