US Academies report on Radioactive Sources and Alternative Technologies

On June 14, 2021 the US National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine in Washington DC released the report titled Radioactive Sources: Applications and Alternative Technologies.

The iia contributed to this report in various forms. Chapter 5 deals with radioactive sources and alternative technologies for medical sterilization, food irradiation and sterilization of insects.
