The iia signs Cooperation Agreement with France Rayonnements Ionisants
The iia and France Rayonnements Ionisants (FRI) have signed an agreement to work in partnership on activities that will improve knowledge and create a better understanding and appreciation of irradiation applications and technologies by those both within and outside the industry, and by students and young professionals.
FRI is a French not-for-profit association officially formed in Fontenay-aux-Roses on October 1, 2024. Its aim is to bring together French organisations that have an interest in the field of ionizing radiation, in order to facilitate and to develop the activities of these players, and encourage exchanges, collaborations and partnerships. The founding members include representatives of AERIAL, ATRON, CEA, CNES, Ionisos, IRSN, Sartorius, Université Champagne Ardennes, Université de Lorraine, and TRAD.
