STERIS announces completion of Libertyville expansion to include x-ray

STERIS, member of the iia, has announced completion of the expansion of its Libertyville, Illinois, USA facility to include X-ray processing.  This expansion will support medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturing by providing increased capacity and a technology neutral radiation processing offering.

In addition to X-ray and gamma processing at Libertyville, the site includes a microbiological laboratory, STERIS’s Radiation Technology Center, and is home to their Radiation TechTeam® technical professionals.
