2026 Hands On Electron Beam Technology Workshop

The Texas A&M National Center for Electron Beam Research (NCEBR), a member of iia, will be hosting its next ‘Hands-On Electron Beam Technology Workshop’ from April 20 – 24, 2026.

The workshop objectives include:

• Deep understanding of high energy and low energy electron beam and X-ray technology principles and applications
• Hands-on experience with eBeam dose penetration, dosimetry, and dose-mapping of actual products
• Bring your own product for a personalised experience in dose-mapping and preliminary data
• Unique opportunity to interact with the world’s leading equipment manufacturers IBA Industrial, Mevex-Steris, and PCT Ebeam and Integration
• Deep understanding of adopting and utilising eBeam and X-ray technology for commercial applications

Session 1 will focus on the medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries.

Session 2 will focus on fresh food, fresh produce, phytosanitary, pet food, and agro-industries.
