Facts on Food Irradiation
A new version of Food Irradiation: Questions and Answers was posted on the website of UC Davis (University of California, Davis) on 27 June 2017. The text was written by Dr. Christine M. Bruhn, Director of the Center for Consumer Research and Consumer Food Marketing Specialist. Though largely designed for a US audience, these Questions and Answers are written in layman language and can be used by all for educational purpose and argumentation on food irradiation. See here.
